Great location, very large clean rooms, hot shower, wonderful staff. Very nice laundry service. My room was number 2. I thought my room would be difficult to stay so close to the front.but I had great WiFi and the grounds were kept very quiet both front and back to this hotel.

Amazing hotel right at the main street of Panajachel 7 minutes away from the lake. Spacious and nicely decorated rooms with great garden and spa. Breakfast also very good and not expensive. Friendly and helpful staff.

I will not recomed this hotel I just went
On vacation and stay there for couples nights they don't have everything that they they have they increase prices ones you go to the counter they I made a reservation for triple room and after a 3rd bed
They star charging for every single person wi-fi no way they said they have in every room and we to go out tof court yard every time we need to get signal the people that work there very nasty attitude my friends to visit me security guard. Nasty don't even let them step closed to the.door of room where stayed I will not recommend this piece of garbage don't let them fool you had no choice got there late no time to look around for another one had my kids with me so had eat it bad choice

Very clean and good room. The staff is very kind and their bathrooms are good. The hottubs are nice extras but the surrounding patk is amazing! Only minor issue is that there's no wifi in the rooms.

This hotel USED to be good. They have the wrong people running the place and they have no regard for their guests. The rooms are dumpy, the desk staff is incompetent. I was given a dark room with a broken toilet.I didn't stay long and would never recommend this hotel to anyone.ever. Too bad because there are not many choices on this level in Pana.but don't settle for this one folks.you can do better with a twenty dollar a night hotel on the main drag..

Very nice place that has been in Panajachel since forever. I've stayed there since I was in the Peace Corps in 1988-91 and have returned whenever I've been back to Guatemala. Very hard to beat - the only thing wrong is that now it belongs to the same company that owns newer hotels in Guatemala. This means the service is not as personal as it used to be; as I recall, it belonged to the same family for years. Still nice, though..
