  The views from this hotel are amazing! The staff is very helpful and friendly. Food is great. Just be prepared to climb lots of steps.

  While the setting on the lakeshore is indeed very beautiful, the hotel is nice & quiet as it’s a bit away from the downtown area and Diego the gardener is really kind (and the staff in general), we couldn’t sleep more than an hour in the entire night because of the DOZENS OF GIGANTIC SPIDERS running everywhere on the walls (over 30 spiders, some as big as my hand - you might think we’re exaggerating here; trust me we’re not. We counted them but gave up at some point. Everywhere we looked there was a spider.) We called Diego to remove them; he was very nice and did what he could but even more spiders hiding in the cracks came out during the night, which was really scary and really ruined the experience for us. And we slept with the lights on knowing that spiders are usually more active when it’s dark - can’t imagine how it would have been with the lights off. We had rented villa 105; this could be a unique situation for this specific villa; can’t speak for the other ones. Although we were told the spiders are not poisonous, I would recommend this place only if you’re a very avid entomologist.

  Prenotata stanza per 4 notti. Non avevano richiesto ne anticipo ne carta di credito, solo mail. All'arrivo con sorpresa NON ci avevano riservato nulla. Abbiamo dovuto trovare di corsa in altro albergo.
  Comportamento molto scorretto, nessun aiuto dal titolare . Per concludere le stanze sono inerpicate sulla scogliera , per salire e scendere ci vuole un buon allenamento.
  Esperienza negativa.

  Best place with the most amazing view in San Marcos (and top 5 around the lake). The staff is super polite and the privacy you get by staying there has no match!!!
  
  You just have to climb some steep stairs but the view is worthy. Awesome garden, private pier and the best Mojitos you have ever tried!

  Es un hotel pequeño, tranquilo y paradisíaco frente al lago de Atitlán. Me encanta, pues todas sus habitaciones tienen vista al lago, desde donde contemplo los amaneceres en la bahía, con los pescadores en sus barcas nativas. También se puede nadar y tomar el sol desde el muelle privado. El jardín tiene una gran variedad de flores y plantas.
  La comida es muy buena, el personal muy amable y me encantan las Piñas Coladas ( se las recomiendo)
  Este es un lugar donde llevo a mis amistades y familia con gusto.
  (No es apto para niños pequeños, por lo empinado del terreno)
