Only went for lunch and breakfast. Delicious food, big portions. The coffee could be better but that's an aficionado's comment. The site with the accommodation looks very nice, lovely garden.

Spectacular view, Friendly service.
Long time gringo owner with a social conscience. All Mayan staff, many of whom speak passable English for those of you who don't. Very clean cabins and rooms in a beautiful garden setting. The restaurant has top quality organic food. Overall, this is the best place we have stayed in Guatemala.response / report this review -

Love this place. Cute clean cottages with fireplaces. Comfortable beds, beautiful pool, spectacular views. Staff was warm and welcoming. Food is wonderful. Everything about Posada de Santiago is first class. Highly recommend!

Wonderful! Beautiful room, clean and welcoming. Great restaurant. Coffee roasted on site. Amazing views. Kayaks and canoes available to take out on the lake free of charge. Friendly owner and staff. Really a step up from budget places in other towns around the lake.
