I was very very pleased with this location in Athens. It has a much more comfortable feel than the larger hotels yet very accessible 2 local Metro service. The staff was extremely personable and the breakfast included was better than most I've seen from larger hotels. The rooms were huge and clean. The bed was particularly comfortable. I would definitely return.

Perfect locationmetro station is hardly 500 m away..and the Athens city centre is 1.8 km away ..very friendly staff, big roomsmade my stay at Athens a perfect one!!

Very clean and bright. There is no view and that really was a bummer but the comfort was worth it. There is a subway station nearby and a few restaurants. It is in a calm block and feels very safe. The service is ok and the buffet is overpriced and boring. Do not book with breakfast the room has a mini-kitchen where you can cook and there is a grocery store like 30m next to the hotel. I would rather buy myself a breakfast then having it at the buffet!!

Stayed there during a family trip. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It looks really nice from the inside, I was told that it was recently renovated. The room we stayed in was always spotless. You can use the pool (a really small ond), sauna and other facilities of the Crown Plaza Hotel (same owner) which is 2 mins away by foot. The neighbourhood is mostly residential but it's only 2 metro stops away from Syntagma and the main attractions.

Hotel itself is very nice. New. Clean. Located in the middle of a neighbourhood with not much around. Crappy WiFi. This important for traveling families in 2017. If you only need a couple of nights this is a good choice.

Recently renovated. Average cost of 125 to 150$ Euros per night. Spotless. Spacious rooms. Almost a North America feel. Location is OK. Most cab drivers are clueless as to where it is. They also seem uninterested to use their GPSs to locate the place. That's another story all together. Air Conditioning is excellent. So important in a city that bakes in the summer. Close to 40 C every day. Good choice despite being located a bit off course and you'll need to metro or cab to anywhere significant. Not many good dining choices within walking distance. Friendly crews, fair locaion.
Breakfast was not that good, but they gave options that you can eat at the crown hotel which is placed at right next to Holiday suites hotel.
And also you can also use pool in Crown hotel. But we never went to the pool.
Room was big, but all the fabric blanket was not clean enough. It looks clean, but my skin had allergic reaction.
But the sheet in the bed was clean, so we just removed the extra blanket on the bed, so it was OK( no more allergic reaction )
You can take subway and just 3 stations to go to the central avenue. We went there everyday, because there is not many restaurant around the hotel. But there is a small super market just next to the hotel.
I suggest you to buy a plastic bottle wine, which is very tasty and cheap.
In Athens, you must taste fruits, because it is very cheap and tasty.
