Great experience. They gave us an upgrade for being SPG members. Where do I start, the room has great view of the acropolis. The bed was really comfortable. Awesome bathtub and everything was really well furnished. Will upload picture in a bit

Stayed for one night in July 2017. Quite possibly the worst hotel experience I've ever had. First the positive: the room was very nice, and the bathroom was spacious - had everything you could need. Also the shower had great water pressure. The lobby is beautiful. The bellman was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable.

The negative: the noise from the hallway was so unbearable starting in the early morning hours (around 3/4am) until early morning (8am). I believe it was from the cleaning staff. It sounded like doors were being slammed shut in the hallway. You could hear the noise perfectly in my room. However that wasn't the worse part. When the hallway doors were being slammed, it created a vacuum in the room - you could feel the air being pushed in the room! Making it impossible to sleep. Unfortunately when informed, the front deak staff seemed to not care saying "you were on a quiet floor." Not sure what the non-quiet floor would've been like. I've never stayed at a hotel that I couldn't sleep in so can not recommend, despite the well appointed room. The front desk staff wasn't very helpful or friendly during my short stay, so not sure what I expected when I told them.

An excellent hotel built in the neoclassical style. Excellent view of the Acropolis. Each staff member is focused our your best interest. They worked especially hard to take care of my son's food needs.

Wonderful experience. Beautiful rooms, great staff and one of the best restaurants in Athens with an unbelievable view of the Parthenon.

The hotel is very strategically place in the center of Atenas where you can walk everywhere. Also is is very nice decorated and the rooms as very spacious. I love the hotel and I really recommend it.
I would suggest to everyone to have a something to eat ( breakfast, lunch or dinner) at the restaurant.

Great location in the heart of Athens and a beautiful hotel with very nicely appointed rooms. Hotel staff are very professional and the shared spa facilities are super nice.

This is a second rate hotel that only cares about the bottom line. We all understand there is a cancellation fee upon early departure, but when that departure is due to a riot that was outside out windows, you would think they would do everything possible to make you happy and refund the stay. Granted, we had checked in 3 hours prior, but as the Greek riots occurred on 5/18/17, and Molotov cocktails were being throw at the building, we though staying at the target of the city's hate was not in our best interest. We fled to the airport. As we were making our way past armed security guards with rifles, we told them we were leaving. They wanted to account for each of the clients and asked our room number. We told the front desk person, and continued past the rubble. He the screamed out to come back and sign for the dinner we ordered in the room before the tear gas was flying. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NEVER GOING TO ATHENS or THIS HOTEL PARTNERS AGAIN.

Wow! We moved here from our bad experience at the Royal Olympic. I recommend everyone stay here. Beautiful hotel, great breakfast buffet, awesome staff who all smile and greet you. The bellman gave us a whole run down of everything in our room from the lights, which have dimmers, how to work the safe, and the tv. Anything we needed, they accommodated. The best turn down service ever! When you come back to room in the evening the bed had been turned down, chocolates on the pillows, a mat and slippers for you feet on each side of the bed, and curtains closed. Loved our stay here, and hope to come back.

Very nice, rich, bright and historical building. Comfortable place that easy to reach everywhere. İncredible staff..Lovely service. Breakfast buffet choises was better than a four-star equivalent hotel in the north America.

I would give the hotel 5 stars if it were not for the dining room/bar. The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent and the room was lovely.
There is a dress code at the bar/restaurant at night and since we were wearing shorts (it was hot!) we could not go in.
The next morning we had an expensive and poor quality breakfast at the same restaurant. The view was great but the food and coffee were cold. The service was very slow and we had to go to the host station to get our bill.
Front desk staff and concierge could not have been more helpful

The good: Taxi drivers in Athens Greece are notorious for ripping of tourists, especially Americans. This happens to use when we got a taxi at the hotel and we spoke to the management. The driver dropped off a note with his name and a FULL refund. I greatly appreciate a hotel like this looking out for their foreign guests. The rooms are nice with a view. They upgraded us. The staff was super nice and helpful giving us recommendations on restaurants. The location is great because all the attractions are in walking distance. This is good so you can avoid cabs.

The bad: Nothing really stands out.
