Spent the night here at Fiji Airways expense. The room was fairly basic but large and clean. Breakfast was brought promptly to my room at the requested time and was delicious. Dinner at the Japanese restaurant was good and the servers did an excellent job of attending to my needs.

Stayed here for three days, with lots of family, in four rooms. Watched staff members treat different guests (including my family) with varying amounts of racism. Also, being blatantly rude and ignoring requests of basic essential like towels and toilet paper (which our room had none of). The whole place is infested with roaches, the brick oven pizza is terrible, the drinks are RIDICULOUSLY overpriced ($9 for less than a pint of Bitter), etc, etc. Breakfast always seems to be great though. So, if you like wallowing in filth and racism and love breakfast, this is the place for you. I LOVE breakfast, but not enough to ever stay in this cesspool again. 👎👎

My friend and I got bedbugs in tanoa apartment(tanoa internatioal hotel group). The manager is requesting us going out without any compensation.
Even he called the police!
We really want to get out!
If you come stay here you should keep in mind this. If you were in my situation, you never get a refund.
You need to think of what tanoa is doing.

My friend and I have gotten bedbugs in Tanoa apartment which is managed by Tanoa International Hotel.
We entered the apartment on 3rd of January and we could realize that was bedbugs on 13th of February. We had been suffering bedbugs with 40 sleepless nights in Tanoa apartment. We went to Tanoa international hotel and the general manager gave us two rooms temporally saying we could have negotiation. However the general manager has not given the two months rental fee back and insisting us getting out.
In frankly speaking, we really want to go out of the hotel which is also mass of cocroches.
This is Tanoa international Hotel and the general manager's service mind.

Nice room, clean and very spacious. TV channels are limited, but have some tolerable stations like National Geographic. The staff are all very welcoming and helpful.

Call for an extra mug almost 4hrs ago and they still have not deliver. Called numerous times and even walked to the front desk.still no sign of an extra mug. They are under construction therefore, I would avoid this location until they are done, another month or so. Very disappointing.

Absolutely DISGUSTED and OUTRAGED by the service we received from Tanoa International. We arrived in Fiji on the 22nd October and were supposed to stay at this hotel for a total of 13 nights. The first night we arrived, the in-room fridge was not working. We called reception and they said we had to move rooms. So we packed up all our stuff and moved rooms to a new room. Once we got to a new room, the airconditioning was not working and was at a temperature of 28 degrees. We called reception again and they said we should move rooms again. We then moved rooms again and unpacked our stuff for a second time. Once we arrived in this room, we stayed a week with the aircon not working, we could not sleep and it was 28 degrees every single night. We woke up one morning with the aircon DRIPPING WATER on our clothes and on our phones. The general manager then spoke to us on the 3rd last night of leaving and told us 'there is nothing else we can do for you so we will give you the refund for the last 2 nights and you can find somewhere else to stay'. We were disgusted by his response to fix things.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. IT RUINED OUR TRIP TO FIJI.

Great place to relax while you wait for your flight out of Fiji. Room was clean. The pizza was tasty. The staff was friendly. The bonus is that they run a free courtesy shuttle to the airport for specific flights so there is no guesswork on when you need to arrive to check in.

Tanoa International Hotel, the compound is a paradise. The rooms are clean and comfortable. But don't ask me about the food, very price, poor quality and tasteless. The breakfast is the worst.
In a tropical place I expect fresh juice and lots of vegetables but non present at Tanoa, what you see is packet juice and canned fruits and packed baked beans.

The ladies on the information desk are not well informed to promote the services to tourists. When you ask for recommendations a place to go, they only hand you a brochure. It will be nice if they are given proper customer service training and how to promote the place.

Generally, I will not go back to the place again, but Fiji offcourse.

Information desk suggest Tanoa International hotel upon arrival to spend the night before flying out to Suva the next morning of Fri 25.
Staff are so friendly upon arrival. I went back to the airport to meet my husband and bring him to the hotel. We called for a shuttle from the airport 3 times and they said that it's on its way to pick us up after 1hr and 45mins. We decided to catch a taxi due to being tired from a long flight from the US. The room looks tired and needed some attention and to our surprised the bed linen were so dirty, I immediately notify the front desk and show him the pictures. He told me that they will try to change it and apologized. We woke up early to go back to the airport with the dirty sheets and towels with stains luckily i have my own towels, not too happy with their lack of service although we like the restaurant and the guy was so friendly and helpful. He needs a pay raise and he has a great customer service.

Not ideal if you're visiting Fiji for a holiday. The hotel itself is adequate, but some rooms are definitely showing their age and can be quite noisy in the evening. Food is just acceptable but reasonably priced. Facilities are aged but functional. This hotel is often used by businesses requiring low cost local accommodation for their staff.
