Not Mercure standards, but the staff was great. Rooms are average at best. And it's reasonably priced. Tour desk is helpful.
Ok if on a budget. Cleanliness is wanting but the staff are really warm and friendly
Too longer walk to the rooms.they should have elevators..especially after a long flightand the room AC needs upgradingbreakfast was nice though and the porters were very helpful with storing our luggage in store roomand the Rosie tour guide young guy was chatty n helpful getting us in the bus to novotel lami.needs white paint around the place or lighting as a bit dark n boring atmosphere.
You know it's an airport hotel. It's clean and tidy and quiet. Staff are friendly. It has a nice pool that's clean and the MAIN THING is it's close to the airport.
The only thing it was missing was some pasty pomes lying around the pool showing off their impressive beer guts while drinking lager.
Still you can't have everything you want in life.
So as a result four stars out of five
My favourite family hotel. Clise to supermarket, restaurants. Housekeeping here is well done. Breakfast service is also great. Not forgetting Reception.
Nice n quitefriendly staff i loved my stay..
Cheerful enough and free tennis hire. A little bit tired.
Nice staff, close to airport and rooms clean so ok for business trip
Handy to both the airport and the city centre. Clean and airy rooms, exceptionally friendly and courteous staff. Very reasonable rates. Rooms may be somewhat dated but are more than adequate as when in Fiji who stays in the hotel room except for sleeping anyway? Recommended for business travelers or families. The pool surrounds are beautiful at night, and family friendly.
The hotel is pricy compared to the services they provide. The room is OK. Bathroom doesn't have a closure so water can come out. Shower handle was loose and aircon nob was also broken. They didn't provide proper receipt for dinner (no hotel name and no TIN number). This might avoid there taxes. The keeper seemed not very welcoming (in terms of opening car gate at the entrance). Overall it appeared to me that, what paid you will not get at Mercure Hotel Nadi Fiji.
Staff are friendly. The grounds in the central area are well kept. The rooms are small and quite old.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!
Unfortunately, we waited almost 2 hours for our room (and that's after complaining). We spoke to a friendly manager and was given complimentary wifi and water.
The room is small, outdated, aircon filter needs change, very light blankets, NO HOT WATER (seriously?!), bouncy bed, cheapest pillows, small pool, dark reception and paid wifi doesn't work inside rooms. The only positives is friendly staff and free transfer to airport.
It's definitely not worth its money to stay here for layover (we paid $160 FJD for one night!!), a backpackers place may have been a better choice.
Staff are friendly and courteous. The establishment is close to the road so it's easy to get a bus or taxi. There is a mini mall within walking distance. The room was good enough
Rooms are dated with limited facilities. Could not even adjust the room a.c. which us centrally controlled.
Not far from Nadi town and other eateries. Good service and rooms are clean and tidy.
Staff are friendly. But overall hotel was not well cleaned, the pool was dirty, so we did not get down in it. The toilets near reception were really bad. Not a hotel to stay in, if all you need is a place to crash at night then it will do. But I expected better from the Accor group.
Enjoyed our one night stay in December 2016. Room was conveniently placed on ground floor close to pool and restaurant. Good food and parking right outside our room. Definitely enjoyed breakfast, worth the value ☺
