  Excellent service, crystal clear communication in English, and immaculately clean premises describe the Swiss Clinic! I highly recommend this clinic, especially for pediatric care!

  Helpful and knowledgable administrative and nursing staff. Excellent doctors. Cared for as a whole person and not just as a number in a queue. They even worked hard to ensure my expenses were covered by my insurance on my behalf! Above and beyond regular clinics and definitely the best option in Addis.

  Fantastic clinic with a very professional and courteous staff. My family and I have had excellent experiences every time we have been there. The service has been prompt and it is well organized. It is exceptionally clean and the clinic and grounds are beautiful. I found the nursing staff to be very friendly and the physicians are thoughtful and they take plenty of time with me. I wish I had the same type of clinic back home!

  Would have loved to rate them way below one but i guessso so so surprised to see the positive feedback here.
  despicable bunch of nurses who tarnish the profession they are very unprofessional, rude and mean. All I could think was that they were constantly trying to remind that locals are not welcome there even if they can afford itI seriously had better experiences at the most crowded and over populated health centers around Addis.
