The majority of the Doctors at the clinic are of high caliber, with few exceptions. The registration and phone services is a mess, lots of confusions and the staff is always overwhelmed.
This is an area that really needs the administrations attention. Appointments do not matter, one has to bring a lot of patience 3 to 4 hrs. of wait time is an everyday issue.
I recommend that the management has to seek advice from professionals to stream the flow to its available resources and staffs capacity..response / report this review -
