From my experience here’s some of Pros and cons of this hospital. It’s very clean compare to other hospital and if you are in ward the cleaners would come 4/5 times a day which Is great. On the other hand patient don’t come first In this hospital. Their main target is money for every single thing they will make you pay and the price is unfair compare to other hospital. Most of the doctors don’t have confidence and their knowledge is very basic. At one point I was literally Directing them with solution and what they have to do. The nurses are unprofessional they don’t explain and communicate effectively with the patient. On top of that They get attitude and get mad when you ask them some basic clinical question. Honestly I’m trying not to be salty and this place got only modern building. If it wasn’t covid I wouldn’t get any treatment here I would rather pay And go some other country.

Interior design and the building is beautiful and very neat. It looks like a 5 star hotel. But they got only one full time doctor in Gyn-Obs department. They are too expensive for nothing.

I did a commercial visit on behalf of my company regarding signing an agreement.
The hospital has state of the art maternity department, delivery rooms,incubators and all necessary technology before during and after giving birth.
Operation room if c-section is necessary and recovery room next to it.
Three types of recovery rooms for general use:
1. normal one bed per room,
2. Normal two bed per room with amazing complete separation between the two patients for higin reasons, even separate toilets.
3. VIP rooms fully accesorised with leaving room, kitchen and blankets for visitors who wants to stay.
Doctors for all necessary departments are available all day, and on call duty during the night.
I'm not a doctor but the hospital seem amazing.
Restaurant also available and free parking.

The price is not fair too expensive u have pay for the card 300 birr agian they charge over for another service too all good but u pay a lot u get poor service . Poor service pay a lot of money for nothing . The fare is not going together with the service guys give?. Not at all. I don't reccomend this place for nobody!

Nice, clean and friendly staff. Very expensive for many to afford. My main issue is the ENT clinic. I went there due to extra build up of wax, irrigation should have been done but instead, the Doctor used forceps and other instruments to remove the ear wax causing pain and discomfort not just me but while waiting heard younger children crying out in pain. A day or so after the procedure my ear did slightly bleed, which was wrong. But other than that I can’t complain!

One of the best and also expensive private hospitals in Addis. Excellent medical services with up to date standards. I especially admire the clean surroundings and courteous staff at this place.
