It was a really good experience, all the staff was nice, and the quality of the room was really good, I would recommend this hostel ti anyone that would like to stay in a good location for a good price

Extremely friendly, international staff, great prices, awesome location, clean amenities, cool atmosphere. If I am ever in Madrid again I will definitely come back. Sad to leave.

This place was Amazing! The people at the front desk were very friendly. They spoke many different languages which was very beneficial to tourists from different areas of the world. They also had 24 hour desk service which is amazing. I had to catch an early flight the next day and it was awesome being able to have someone who was willing to help during the early hours of the morning. They also give out maps and tours if you wanted to go sight seeing in the area but I couldn't go on the tour. I got there late! Anyway, I had an awesome experience. The only problem was trying to get a good night sleep. People were coming in at different hours of the night which was hard for me to get good rest. The people that were showing them the rooms were a bit inconsiderate as well, turning on the lights and speaking loudly (even at midnight). Besides that, I had a great experience overall and will do it all over again but get a single room next time (if that option is available).

Extremely well run hostel. Its the most centrally located I found for the price point (5 to 15 min walk from most landmarks). The rooms even had AC!!!! It has awesomely nice staff that we're able to address my every need, I prepaid for a towel before the room was ready and the dude at the counter actually remembered when I got my keys 5 hrs later! Also Pablo, the guide for the free walking tour at 11:30am was awesome, I tipped him double my normal rate for such tours. To the business managing this hostel: massive kudos I hope you expand and run many more hostel like you run this one. Although I'm no longer a destitute student, it's exemplary hostels like this one will continue to draw my business away from hotels.

Way Hostel Madrid is centrally located, in a very busy area of the city but they are off on area side street so noise was never a problem. The staff was very helpful and fun. They put on daily events like affordable dinners, bar crawls, guitar lesson etc. Showers were very warm with good water pressure (something I've come to appreciate in my travels because it's uncommon). Definitely worth checking out in Madrid!

Great hostel for bagpackers. International community with a great atmosphere for drinks at the bar. Next to El Rastro and close Atocha Renfe. Comfortable beds.

Quite clean, gives free coffee and tea and churros at breakfast. Has a kitchen you can use whenever you need. Great location and kind staff. Recommended!
