First of all, my compliments to the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located is in a very nice area with bars, restaurants, shops and even a launderette nearby. On walking distance from the Gran Via, the museum Prado and Thyssen museum. The room was very clean, just big enough and very quiet (unusual for a Spanish hotel in a city!). It was definitely worth the price, I would go again!

The hotel is right in the city centre. The rooms are good sized and some have terrace. Amazing staff too.

My review is for the restaurant Miss Sushi which is used in breakfast. This is an excellent place to have breakfast. They offer cold and hot buffet wit plenty of choices at a competitive price. Food was good and staff is very friendly.

Room is lovely except it's a little too intimate to have the glass-sided shower right next to the bed. Location is great, and the front desk staff is very helpful.

The hotel staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Great central location in Madrid. 10-15 minute walk to most of the big sight seeing spots and food markets.

We enjoyed very much our stay in Room Mate Alice Hotel. Its location is very good and ideal if you are a theatre fan - in the middle of the Theatre district and walking distance from the most important museums.
The room was spacious, illuminated and very modern. The bed very comfortable.
The staff was eager to help.
The only fault in my opinion was not paying enough attention to the coffee and tea supplies in the room, but this was immediately fixed by the reception desk.
I recommend Room Mate Alice and probably stay there again when in Madrid.
