Very nice and clean hostel. I had a single room, with little bath, and even kitchen with all the necessary stuff. The breakfast was included, however the price was really low.
Service good.
Reasonable variant for business trip.

Very centrally located, close to all the main attractions. You can easily walk to the Guggenheim from the place and all around the city. Because it is a university dormitory the room was very basic, was small for a couple. In any case it was a good deal as Bilbao is an expensive city.

Convenient location. Clean room. Good amenities. Multiple lifts for disabled access. Helpful staff. Unfortunate incident during check-out process, when luggage stored in store room was unable to be retrieved in time to catch AVE train due to inadequate staffing during staff lunch break. This resulted in further expenses incurred in renting and driving a car overnight to travel to Barcelona. Following correspondence with management, the organisation reimbursed the cost of the missed train tickets and car rental expenses. Would rate 4 stars if not for incident, otherwise recommended for future stays and honest delivery of service in rectifying the error.

Terrible experience. Rude staff that doesn't speak English. Bad internet connection. Very bad breakfast. Sketchy location. They don't clean rooms or change you bed linen and towels and didn't want to give me new towels when I asked after a week of stay. They gave us only one key for a two person room. Once they lost the key, blamed us for that and then they found it in their office a couple of hours later.

Very nice for student. The city center is close but the district is not so quite.

The staff was extremely helpful and the room was cozy and comfortable. A bit smallish, but served the purpose. Had to put the heater on as it was a bit cold inside.
The only minus is that the hotel is located in very dodgy area of the town and in the dark it was a bit scary to walk pass those "people" (not to be racist or anything) lurking in the corners. During daytime it is fine, close to center and to main train station.

My experience is not so great since these guys threw away two pairs of shoes that I forgot in my room, although they were essentially new. It's terrible.
