  I arrived late at the hotel (12pm) and was greeted by friendly staff. The room is very clean and comfortable, I'm staying on the 8th floor and there is no road noise at all. My only gripe with the room is some of the wallpaper is starting to come away from the wall, but that is purely aesthetic. Breakfast is fairly basic Scrambled egg and bacon is the only hot option aside from toast, but it's enough to keep you going through the morning. I haven't eaten any other meals in the hotel so can't comment on that. Overall a good hotel in a good location.

  A lovely, very comfortable modern hotel. A very friendly concierge who spoke beautiful English and helped me when I was fiddling around trying to get to my room. The lovely lady in the bar made me a hamburger iberico because it was the Assumption of Mary and everything else was closed. Thank you for my stay.

  Hotel within walking distance of city centre. Wide and clean room. Parking. Bit slow room service.

  Very comfortable hotel. Not expensive. The room was spacious and bathroom had the bidet (very important item for italian people). The position was not near to casco viejo (old city centre) but at walk distance (10 minutes).

  Nice and quiet hotel. Beautiful and modern decoration. I just visited some overseas friends while they were there.
  
  Most interesting and atractive things regarding this hotel is its location: really close to the downtown but you can drive wherever you want from there in just minutes.
  
  One of the best choices to stay in Vitoria

  Great location, confortable rooms, and a nice staff. Breakfast is good enough. The only thing to improve is the wireless connection, wich is almost useless in the rooms (and i've in many different rooms)

  I can describe everything in superlative! Thank you, very clean, comfy and centrally located, near the bus station and also neat the centro historico. This is a Green City and it is just amazing how beautifully everything is planned in this city. A great example of a good urban planning. Thank you. Great breakfast, coffee and staff.

  Very nice hotel . Great location enables easy access to the old center while allowes easy in and out of the city.
  Staff is very friendly.
  Breakfast was a bit less than expected from a hotel if this sort.
  Rooms are cosy and have a porch looking on to the main street.
