Hotel bien ubicado, con habitación bastante limpia y moderna. Es algo incómodo que la recepción esté en la planta 2 ya que accedes a pie de calle pero ahí hay solo un pequeño hall. En cuanto a las habitaciones, la televisión es muy pequeña y la mesa inservible para trabajar ya que con el portátil no da para mucho más.

We did a great weekend, the hotel location is amazing, near the Mouya Plaza, 2 minutes from the train station, 5 from the metro. The neighborhood is very quiet during the night, but in few steps you can reach bar or restaurant and enjoy city life.

I loved it and would stay again if I am in Bilbao. The location was very convenient.i was particularly happy with the service offered. I arrived at 6 AM and was pleasantly surprised to be allowed to check in upon arrival .

It's a great hotel and central to the old town and the museums. The staff on the desk are friendly and well informed. The rooms are all you could ask for , super bathroom and quality toiletries. Breakfast was too expensive for our budget but I'm sure it would have been amazing given the standard of everything else. The parking underground is handy and secure but I'd have liked a motorbike space and a cheaper rate. I think we could have left our bike on the street without too many worries and saved ourselves fifty euros for the three nights in Bilbao.

Excellent central location. Just stayed one night and didn't have the time to use the facilities. The reception staff gave a warm welcome and were very professional. Was upgraded to a junior suite. Room was very spacious and comfortable and very clean. Will come back on my next visit to Bilbao.
