Attic room slightly low sloping ceiling, but nothing too bad. Hotel had arranged parking other nearby hotel for 12 euros for the day (good), but parking was hard to find & tricky to get in & out of. Glad we had a small hire car. Clean, modern, great location right in the centre of the old town. We wandered round the area to the excellent covered market, then walked along the river to the Gugenheim. This took about an hour with plenty of meandering detours, stops at playpark, good quality free toilets etc. Very impressed with Bilbou & Gugenheim was wonderful. Took tram back to hotel, very pleased with the experience.

This hotel is functional yet clean, comfortable and great value for money. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the old town with plenty of amenities and shopping. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

Staff are really pleasant and helpful. Advise you to take the option of having the breakfast. Although the choice is basic, it's nice enough and cheaper than a breakfast somewhere else locally. Rooms are clean and adequate and beds are comfortable. 2 supermarkets close by and not expensive.

El hotel esta en un sitio inmejorable, en pleno casco viejo de Bilbao. Una zona histórica y muy bonita. Desde allí se puede ir a cualquier sitio. El único problema es el coche que no hay sitio para dejarlo, perp el hotel te ofrece la posibilidad de dejarlo en un parking de otro hotel muy cercano pot un precio asequible. La habitación era muy grande y espaciosa y el baño igual. La bañera grande y el agua sale caliente enseguida. Las sábanas parecían limpias y las toallas también. Solo habia algo de polvo en las mesillas de noche. Las vistas daban a un patio de luces sin mucho interés pero no se escuchaba nada de ruido. Muy cerca hay muchos bares y restaurantes para comer o tomar los típicos pintxos. Lo recomiendo mucho: un hotel sin pretensiones para dormir y descansar. Qué más se puede pedir?

El hotel está perfectamente situado en el casco histórico, puedes ir andando desde el hotel a cualquier lugar. El personal es muy atento. Y las habitaciones estaban muy limpias. El único inconveniente, que es algo esencial, es el ruido que hay por las mañanas por los pasillos, no se puede descansar bien. Las paredes son de papel de fumar. No descansamos (mi pareja y yo) bien en todo el viaje (3 noches). Repetiría por el precio y la ubicación, pero no por el descanso.

値段から考えると、清潔感はスペインでは悪くない方。快適に過ごせる空間。なによりも、立地がいいし、街へ出やすく、買い物もしやすいのがいい。フロントでは冷い水を1本くれた。

Me encantó estar en este hotel, estaba muy céntrico, a un paso de todo. La habitación con buen diseño, todo nuevo daba gusto volver de las excursiones.La cama un colchón muy bueno, el armario limpio, nuevo y perfecto. Los baños con todo lo necesario y también nuevos y muy limpios. Y te informan en recepción de todo lo que puedes ver y también en Facebook. Volveré sin duda allí cuando vuelva a Bilbao. El precio bueno.
