  Very nice lobby. Outstanding breakfast. The rooms are clean and cozy, but the beds are hard. If you can't sleep on hard beds, this is not for you.

  Awesome hotel. Bustling with travellers from UK and USA. Excellent rooms. Great restaurant and room service but not too many choices in the menu. Helpful staff and good location. Memorable stay. Would love to visit Madrid again just to stay here.

  Absolutely beautiful hotel! I stayed here for a total of three nights and felt completely safe and was pleased with the service! They clean your room everyday and replace toiletries daily. The beds are clean and comfy. This hotel is very class to the Madrid Avenida bus station.

  Reasonable hotel, not very good but good enough for the price. Location is just ok. Gimnasio could be much better. Breakfast is,very good. Rooms are small, but fair enough

  Nice rooms, great beds and amenities. Very quiet. Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice bar area with comfy chairs to watch football on big screen TV. Good location near good restaurants. Near lots of high end shopping. Public bus #200 to airport is only 8 block walk. 20 minute walk to National Archeological Museum.

  The food was exeptional, Conference rooms and related services were very good as well. Especially heppy with the staff and their support. The rooms are standard, nothing exeptional, however nothing to complain about at all.

  I've been in this hotel in the beginning of November 2016, for a business meeting.
  The hotel is located in Madrid's center, close to shops, malls and restaurants.
  The rooms are big and clean, but they could be better isolated from a sound point of view.
  The breakfast offers a lot of choice as sweet and savory dishes, as does the lunch.
  The hotel has also a nice bar that serves good drinks, great espresso coffee and tasty local desserts.
  All together this hotel is an excellent choice for business meetings, but also if you want to discover Madrid as tourist.
