Service is in the average, but prices a bit expensive. The garden terrace is a very good choice to spend a night with drinks and friends.

This is the best hotel I stayed in recently on a month long trip in Europe! It is definitely value for money. Great wardrobe, very comfortable double bed, free mineral water in the fridge, huge mirrored bathroom, great air con (needed in a Madrid summertime!) and lovely staff. Also a bonus that the gym is free and a very good hotel gym too. Great room service for yummy coffee. Big thumbs up for this hotel. Gracias!

Attending a certification course. Place was nice, halls were great but tables were round which always compromised one of the attendants view. Catering service was tasty, croissants above all

Really great service. You get three free water bottles per stay which is great. The bathrooms are nice and the staff is friendly. Excellent breakfast included as well

The rooms are small. Our heat wasn't working. The bathroom has no shelf space or hooks. One of our bedside lights was blown. The people were nice and the food was ok. Still here for a few nights.

Good room but not all services were good. The GOOD: room and bathroom were in very good condition, we had a nice comfortable bed and the bathroom was a pleasure to use - nice shower etc. The breakfast wasn't included in my booking and if you wanted to buy it there was 11 Euro pp , a bit on the expensive side. THE BAD: parking was also not included. I was expecting to pay a little extra as a one off fee. My mistake. It was actually 24 Euro per day which brings it higher than the average in Madrid. Not good at all. Overall a positive experience but I wouldn't necessarily go there again if I'm honest.
