Initially I got a small room with tiny space around the bed from 3 sides. I returned to the reception and asked for another. The man behind the counter said initially I have to pay more but he changed his mind and gave me a beautiful room with ample space, compared to the initial room. So my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast is very well prepared with healthy choices and fresh juices. I would have liked to see green salad options rather than tiny cuts for omelet fillings. The location is very good especially if you are planning to shop in the exquisite El Corte Inglés of Nuevos Ministerios.

We loved our stay at the NH Collection Abascal! The hotel is clean, quiet, relaxing and comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful with a very attentive staff and a wide selection of choices. Eggs, made to order, Spanish meats, cheeses, pastries and fruit were all available. Rocio, the guest relations Manager was very kind, making sure we got directions, local information and she helped us find a tour to do. We do not have a single complaint about the NH Collection Abascal! THANK YOU!

One of the prettiest Hotel of Novotel Group. It's a quite clean and pretty Hotel. The reception and the bar employees are more than friendly. It's a really brilliant and pretty place in Madrid

Nice hotel, however we found the reception staff not very helpful. We were given a twin bed room inspite of booking a doublr and upon asking for a double room, the response was that they don't know when a double room could be made available. Eventually, we did get a double room, albeit smaller.

My review is actually for the Restaurant Domo located in the Hotel NH Collection Abascal. I stayed at this magnificent hotel and decided to try dinner on a Friday night. It is important to note, at the time I stayed, they are only offering their signature BOX for dinner on the weekend. (You can order other dishes in your room from the room service menu).

We could not ask for anything better. Great variety for breakfast. Clean rooms, great service both at the front desk and the concierge. Would definitely recommend. Very accessible by Métro; quiet at night.
