Good bar with sports events right in the middle of Velazquez, however currently it will take a year before the hotel is fully furnished and upgraded to A FIVE STAR HOTEL

Very disrespectful reception staff / almost all, and all you see on online sites is contrary to reality and a waste of money and breakfast is not eatable.

For business travellers this is not a great hotel. The rooms are tired and out of date. The staff is not very friendly. There is no air conditioning. There are little to no amenities and no reward program to speak of. I reserved a room with a King size bed. When I arrived I got a room with two double beds. Additionally, I had breakfast included (at 17EUR/day) but nobody told me this at check in. When it came time to leave, the charges appeared on my bill and they refused to remove them. Bad form. If you're on a budget this place provides a clean room in the center of town, otherwise avoid.
