  Perfect hotel on walking distance to beach, city centre and harbour. We've stayed here several time's over the last three years. Friendly staff and good free WiFi sigmal. Highly recommended.

  The hotel structure, general appearance and cleanliness are very good. The fitness room is small but has free weights, a bench, a few cardio machines and lats pull machine, so a solid workout can be obtained. The hammam and sauna must be turned on by the reception when needed, which is fine, although half the time I asked, it wasn't done by the time I went up there (must wait 30 minutes). While the location is excellent in respect to the train and bus stations, it is quite a walk to the nearest beach (15-20 min) and to the city center where most shops and restaurants are (10-15 min). Finally, the breakfast was mediocre at best, coming in at an additional 12 Euro per person per day, yet full of greasy pastry (the watermelon i took was bad/sour). When we asked for just coffee the morning after, we were charged 3.5 for two coffees, which is a lot for the area. I don't think I would use this hotel again because of the breakfast and location, however, if walking isn't an issue and breakfast isn't essential, this hotel could be highly recommended.

  I can recommend this hotel with just a few limitations: our room did not look quite as nice as on the website; even with temperatures outside below 30 degrees, it got very hot inside the room unless we switched on the air conditioning; and the sound on our TV set automatically switched off every ten minutes or so.
  But the hotel is very well designed and kept, our room was comfortable -- we particularly appreciated the wide range of international TV channels available -- the restaurant good value for money and the service provided by the staff outstanding.

  The Hotel is in an ideal location conveniently in the centre of Alicante. Under ground car parking is available at a small cost. The staff were friendly, helpful and enthusiastic, customer service is really high class at the Abba Centrum. The rooms are very modern air conditioning is included and in the heat of June very welcoming. The beds are comfy and the hotel is quiet at night, breakfast was better than expected and was plentiful. Highly recommended place to stop.

  Large clean hotel room, good bathroom with bath and shower, toilet and bidet. Personnel very friendly and professional. Hotel is situated at good position close to bus station and walking distance to the sea, promenade, city centre, shops and good connection to airport bus.

  Hotel bien ubicado cerca de casi todo en Alicante. Las Habitaciones son grandes, estan limpias y las camas tienen buenos colchones, firmes y comodos. El baño es amplio y limpio pero los dosificadores de champu y gel deberian de sustituirlos por botes individuales. El sistema de climatización funciona de 10. La atencion del personal es correcta. Tambien cuenta con servicio de parking a muy buen precio.

  The staff at this hotel were excellent and extremely helpful, especially when a family emergency occurred during our stay. We had to add an elderly relative for one night at short notice and she was placed into the room next to ours. They Reception staff also advised on where we could hire a wheelchair and, when we were unable to return it to Amigo 24 as they were closed, offered to ensure its return on our behalf even though we had booked out at the time and paid our bill. I will definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel to anyone.
