Very clean hotel and staff are very helpful. The rooms need updating as they are looking a bit shabby. There is a wide range of food for all needs but could be warm and needs heating in the microwave. The restaurant staff are very helpful if you need something else. The nightly entertainment is quite good as you don't need to leave the hotel on a evening unless you wanted a walk. The bar is cheaper than going down the main strip again unless there is a show you really want to see. We have been going to this hotel for many years now and we take the grandchildren who love it to.

The hotel is two star. The first room we had was very basic . And needs redoing up. There are three of us in one small room. Expected a bedroom to be separate. The bathroom was in need of doing as well. So we upgraded to a better room. With a separate bedroom. It is a nicer room. Separate room quit small. The doors don't shut proper. And it's hard to shut patio doors. But it's nicer room. The reception are nice. But restaurant staff and bar staff can be rude and ignore you. Restaurant staff try taking your plate away before you have finished. This has happened a couple of times. Bar staff just don't talk to you. Make you feel like your bothering them. The cleaners are very polite. And nothing is too much trouble. The food is pretty basic. And can be cold. They have 1 microwave to heat the food up. But we still enjoyed our holiday.

A party of eight of us visited this well positioned hotel for a weeks break. Our rooms were located on the 7th floor with good views of the pool. The rooms were clean and comfortable with excellent powerful showers. We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly and the food and drink plentiful and good quality. A most enjoyable stay!!

The hotel looks like it was built in the 70's, I've got nothing against the hotel room, the hotel room was tidy and the bed were comfy. The air conditioning only works in the summer months.. The room doesn't include a hairdryer and a kettle - bearing this is a two star hotel. Its basic!

I asked for a fresh bath floor towel, as the one I had was damp and was worn out. I was told that Spain has banned them! So I asked the cleaner for a fresh one, she appears not to know anything about the ban! Neither does the Internet too! I had fresh floor and body towels every day. The bathroom doors had 2 holes in it, the floor could be renewed, as it was full of black moulds.

The food was a total nightmare for a person that's a vegetarian, the menu consists of meat and fish, no veggie options apart from the odd cheese pie once evert couple of days.

The place is packed with older people and the entertainment is usually 60's themed. The local area was full of pubs, cafes and there is a local market that sells rubbish such as tatty clothes, cheap junks. Although there was a supermarket (Consum), it's a proper shop which sells cheap food or drinks, it also has a deli counter.

I personally recommend that younger generations don't go to the hotel as they would be bored out of their minds, like I was, for twelve days!

Superb staff everyone from reception to cleaners to the best entertainment team in benidorm. The hotel was spotless . We had a wonderful two weeks. Its far enough from the bars and centre so it's quiet on an evening but not too far so you can't enjoy it. At the moment there is a refurbishment programme on the top floorswe didn't hear anything we were on floor 4.
The food was ok.breakfast was wonderful. The evening meals were ok not spectacular but we never went hungry and always found something to eat.
Fantastic hotel for the British as when we were there it was 100% uk full.
