Decent swimming pool, not very well situated if you want the beach close. The food is terrible, I have been to many 4 star hotels but this one is one of the worst foodwise. Lack of variety and also the quality isn't very good either. The desserts were poor and the cheap ice cream melted. It's a shame that the few basic things like beds and pillows are also neglected. Good because it has a mini indoor play area and a few slides outside for kids, but definitely not worthy of 4 stars.

We just came back from Benidorm Hotel Deloix with 2 kids . we enjoyed so much our holiday there. The Hotel looks great, rooms were clean. Hotel staff was nice and hepfully , at reception they always solved our request so nice and helpfully people work there. i cant say any bad at Hotel, for us it was perfect. Restorant was clean, we had half board and it was perfect choice. We didnt have any problem with food moreover we loved breakfast and dinner variety, much for us. Waitress was kind nice with us alwasy smiling althought our kids were naughty always running. At this time Hotel aslo think of guest with animation for kids.
But the best when we check in late becasue of the late arrival time and hotel provided food for us, waiting us with set table. It was so kind of them thanks a lot again. If it is possible we will go back :-)response / report this review -

Here you have a choice of several pools. The one on the roof which is for adults only offers stunning views of Benidorm and the surrounding areas. On the ground floor there is a large outside pool with bar facilities. Inside is the spa pool and Jacuzzis.

Lovely hotel spotlessly clean and modern, rooms spacious cleaned every day with clean towels. Fantastic range of food breakfast and evening meal. Good facilities all round, definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel. Far enough away from the strip to be quite quiet and have a good mix of guests. Rooms are clean and housekeeping tidy up daily. Pool area is nice and very clean too. Breakfast is fab, items change daily. Very pleasantly surprised to see black pudding on it yesterday!
