great place to stay
all staff helpfull
room was spotless .
we had a great time here the whole place was very clean and tidy food was excellent we will definatley go back next year

Accommodation, if you want to sleep ensure you get your accommodation further back in the resort. We asked to be moved and the staff were very courteous and helpful.

The rooms have good views and feel enclosed and rural rather than in the middle of a town.

The food is usual all inclusive standard, there's bound to be a huge amount of waste so it's not 5 star but more tasty than you expect.

Location, plenty of walking around, easy bus into Benidorm and but a really beautiful beach front at l'alfas del pi beach.

I want to write this review because I find them really helpful for people who want to read up about where they are going. I have seen some bad reviews about this place witch I think is very unfair and untrue,
I have just spent the week here with my daughter age 3 and my cousins daughter age 7 and 5 of us adults This place is perfect for family's with kids especially the all inclusive there is an amazing water park on the resort witch is free for people who are staying there, it is all apartments witch are a perfect size There is 3 pools attached to each other deep, medium and baby pool, the food is lovely something for everyone different meat every day and night, staff are nice, entertainment in the night isn't the best but sometimes quite fun when they get English people up for games but the singers they had on most nights where quite boring, but this place is beautiful the views from the apartments are lovely I would 100% recommend this place to anybody with kids of any age, it's also a 15 minute buss ride to Benidorm, lovely place and I will be going back next year *****

Worst experience ever. Bad service, not clean, nothing works or is not open. The worst place to stay. Location excellent, place is nice but the service I won't recommend this place to nobody.

7 nights all inclusive with family including 13 and 7 year old and an adult with limited mobility.
Entertainment was good with some zumba in the mornings followed by aqua-aerobics, then a water sport (eg water polo). Plenty of activities for kids- sports, crafts, face painting, mini disco. The staff involved kids and communication was excellent. Evening entertainment put on by the hotels animation team were enthusiastic, definitely trying to be great but not quite engaging enough to get too marks. Though if you don't take it seriously then it's a good enough laugh. If you want professionals then pay and go to Benidorm Palace.
Food was good. Plenty of choice. Bottles of wine were lovely as part of all inclusive. 2 themed nights per week - Italian and Mexican. Restaurant can get very busy at times - especially after kids shows!
Our accommodation was a one bedroom apartment. It was clean and served our purposes ok. Could do with a lick of paint. Kitchenette was available but not used. The beds were really comfortable and I need a comfortable one. This was 10/10. Even the sofa bed was excellent. Only problem was lack of lift to the first floor of our apartment block. If you're in a wheel chair be sure to let then know. Other wheelchair users were well catered for.
Swimming pools were uncrowded. We had great fun in the aqua park with minimal wait for a go on the various slides.
Overall highly recommended hotel and I'd be excited to go again.

Good hotel, and great pool area for all ages with a very awesome mini water park separated area however rooms were outdated, and small plus the food for the all inclusive guests was very bland and there was not much of a variation at all we felt we were eating the same stuff for days some times we even left food in our plates because it just didn't taste good and normally we are very good eaters also not much options for kids meal nor desserts even though the pool was great, I'm not sure i would go back to that hotel for a second time entertainment for the kids in the evening can also be improved and more organized.

Lovely resort. Very well equipped. No lifts to some rooms though. Great atmosphere and entertainment. Only 20 mins walk from the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by.
