I called for a cleaning after a construction site.
After making an appointment, a lady came to my home to do a test and give an estimate for the work
It stands out that to carry out the test I did not carry any type of product so he asked me for a cloth, added Fairy and I try to remove the cement stains and rubbing (logically he did not succeed)
When she saw that they did not come out, she said that surely the floor (just laid) would have been badly manufactured and that those stains were not made of cement or grouting because she was aware of said construction materials.
I tell him that if it were that easy, I would do it myself and not hire a "professional" company, which would save me money, to which he replied:
- Well well, this I have to do another test but already on Thursday (three days later),
-I can't come before because I'm CONFINED with my mother (yes surreal, she's confined and comes to my house)
-I already brought some special liquids and I try to see if the tile is bad or they come out because I am not going to work here without being able to give a satisfactory result.
I say OK. Well, let's not wait until Thursday.
Arrived on Thursday, he doesn't show up here, nor does he call me or an apology whatsapp or anything at all.
So I buy myself cleaning products to remove remains of work, I clean the floor and everything comes out perfectly.
The only good thing that I draw in conclusion is that it saves me money that yes, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyoneresponse / report this review -
