Bittersweet experience with a happy ending: En admon. they got involved and confused a collection canceled for non-payment with my own (already paid) with the consequent scare and bad vibes until the misunderstanding was undone. This caused lost days in transportation and a lot of anxiety.

But on the other hand, the carrier who gave me the bike today (Johnny Melgar) has shown interest, care and great care in the transport. The bike was perfectly protected and it was punctual and very professional. The driver has redeemed the company. In the end I already have my little girl with me in perfect condition.

So in the end, positive. Anyone can have a fault, but they must make sure before things like that. But the final experience okay. I have to say it.
