This company has been scamming the community of owners where I live for several years. The person who should clean DOES NOT CLEAN. The Maintenance Personnel DOES NOT MAINTAIN, reliable proof of this is sent weekly and does not respond or change the personnel. Furthermore, they are so unprofessional that they dismiss the neighbors as guilty of the situation of abandonment in which the community finds itself. It is the anti-company. A despicable treatment and to top it off they want us to subrogate workers who DO NOT WORK . laughing.

I live in a community where La Escoba Mágica is in charge of cleaning the building, gardens, swimming pool and maintenance. I cannot comment on all the employees of this company in general, I can only comment on those that this company has sent to this community to work, and it is regrettable. We have never had the pool so dirty, the gardens so neglected, or the same garbage day after day, week after week in the same place without picking up. Although they transmit our complaints to the company, they usually respond with excuses or simply continue without cleaning. I do not recommend it.

Call the first time to request information and a quote. I call to confirm that I was interested in having the job done. I leave the phone, almost 5 days have passed and I'm still waiting for a call. You must have work to spare !!! I don't need them anymore. Hire another company.
