  The worst shipping company in relation to dealing with the customer. The guy who always takes the data and the super rude, disrespectful, and super edge middle-aged gentleman. They take too long to receive the packages, they demand that you have to send more products than you carry to be able to send medicines because if not, they will not let you send. If the package weighed 4,500 kg they will charge you 5kg. They care more about billing than about providing good customer service. For the demand for packages they have, the place is too small and everything is a disaster.

  Unfriendly treatment, unfriendly, lasts more than 1 hour in a queue that we are already like in Venezuela, we definitely love queues !!!!!

  PÉSIMO servicio y organización, el espacio de la calle Montera se les quedó pequeño, en lugar de hacer el proceso más rápido y cómodo para el usuario, reducen el tamaño con cajas y pallets hasta el punto de que solo pueda entrar una persona a la vez.
  
  Por otro lado, empaquetan las cajas con tirros que hacen mucho ruido lo que dificulta MUCHO poder dejar indicaciones al personal que ya con tapa bocas es dificil, con plásticos y ruidos se hace imposible.
  
  Lo barato sale caro, usé el servicio por cercanía a mi trabajo, pero no vuelvo a usar, las casi dos horas que duré para poder hacer entrega de mi documento no las voy a recuperar.
  
  Ah y sin contar que cuando te entregan la guia no le puedes hacer seguimiento al pedido hasta que según "ellos te avisan por correo"
  
  En conclusión NO LO RECOMIENDO

  Today I made a shipment with this company.
  
  1. The person who attends does not interact with the client (I greeted him and I asked him a question and he does not even answer you), he does not generate any kind of trust with the company.
  
  2. I wanted to buy a box on the spot so that the package would be more comfortable, and the solution was to squash and put adhesive quote all over the place.
  
  3. They charge you 7 kilos when the package weighed 6,150 (the logical thing would be to charge you the extra 150 grams)
  The other 850 grams that they charge you equally even if they do not exist. And although I wanted to remove the 150 grams "leftover" he told me that I have to remove half a kilo more because they have to leave room for the packaging.
  
  4. They have the option of insuring your shipment and they don't even ask you if you want to.
  
  5. And finally, of course you wait outside the premises for an exaggerated time (they are extremely slow).
