  I called to ask for an estimate so that they could bring me the motorcycle that I bought, I had looked at quotes in other companies and they matched the price for themselves.
  They adjusted to the motorcycle seller's schedule to pick it up, and they facilitated delivery for the same day !!
  The driver Teo has been super friendly and attentive, a great treatment from both of them, thank you !!

  Compré una moto en Barcelona y me la enviaron a Mallorca. Todo perfecto. Me informaron puntualmente de todo, fueron puntuales en la recogida y entrega. Y el precio muy bueno!. Sin duda lo recomendaré.

  Very fast. Barcelona-Malaga in 48 hours. Vehicles equipped with all the necessary fasteners and foams on the sides. Good up / down ramp. They called me 24 hours before to inform me of the day of arrival and the same day half an hour before. 100% RECOMMENDABLE.

  Bad experience. We hired the collection of the motorcycle and, when the courier appeared, there was no space in the van to put it in, so he left without picking it up with the consequent delay in the service with respect to what was contracted.
  When we manage the new collection, the courier calls us when he is on his way to tell us that he cannot leave it at home, which was the agreed address, because it is within Central Madrid. Of course, none of this was mentioned at the time of hiring. When we speak with the company to discuss the problem, they give us two options: either delay the delivery again and postpone it for two more days or that the courier literally drag the motorcycle 400 meters to our house, which denotes a rather questionable treatment of the couriers and, incidentally, also motorcycles. Finally, we had to go to look for her outside of Central Madrid, with the consequent loss and cost of taxi, in addition to paying the full cost of the service, thus failing to fulfill the "door to door" service that they promise so much.
  In addition to all this, we have not received adequate treatment from the appropriate staff, who have not been able to even give an apology for the damages caused but have addressed us in terms of "my friend" and others, which denote 0 professionalism. and respect for the client and that they are not acceptable in any type of professional dialogue.
  It goes without saying that we consider the service disastrous and, of course, we will not repeat a contract with Rapidmotos.

  I contacted on Friday 21. Yesterday Thursday 27 August, my street twin arrived from Oviedo to Vitoria-Gasteiz. The agreed.
