This is our eight stay here, you might say it's our home in Madrid. Comfortable, clean, great service, good breakfast, excellent location.

the hotel rooms are clean, but quite small. location is close to the opera. the staff at front desk is nice, but not very helpful. after i had to walk 40min to the train station, even though i asked the hotel twice to organize transportation (taxi strike) (which they confirmed to me), i give only one star for the hotel. the shoulder shrugging of the front desk staff and the sorry didn‘t help either.

Location is prime as it is right in downtown, beside the Metro, has tons of shops around and all the main attractions within walking distance. Hotel is upscale, wifi its speedy and the concierge are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Clean hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are a little small but very nicely decorated and looks modern. The bathroom is a bit too modern though, in that it isn't convenient. The sink is a funny shape and toilet is stuffed in the corner with very little room. Not great if your a big guy like me. But all in all, very nice. Also in a very nice location, only 5 minutes walk to the palace, several restaurant's and shops. Plus there is a metro station 1 minute walk over the road that will take you anywhere.

The service is great and the rooms are clean. They are a bit small and our shower was overflowing if used for too long. Beds are comfortable.

We were able to get an early check in. The staff also stored our luggage behind the front desk while we walked around prior to check in. The room itself was nice, although small. We had two twin beds that were pushed together. There wasn't a coffee pot in the room. The hotel is in a great location. Major attractions are 5-15 minutes(walking distance) away.
