small but clean rooms. fantastic hotel staff. good location just inside gran via, but quite enough for good night's sleep

Perfect location, 5 minute walk to plaza del sol. Rooms a little bit old but they are starting to refurbish some. Great hotel.

Really good hotel Location is really good aswell. Staff is friendly and pretty helpful if you have any questions. All you can eat breakfast is available at this hotel. Parking available right at the location this was very convenient for me after pretty long drive.

The best location you can ask for, walking distance from most of the places Madrid offers. The staff are super nice and helpful. Defenetly we'll come again.

Excellent staff. Superb bartender ..absolutely lovely young woman from Bulgaria.
Reception fast efficient and friendly.
Room dated but comfortable and again excellent room service.
