  Location is ok but not the best.. A little far from the action. Although the metro station is very close.. Breakfast opens too late.. At 7 and there is no coffee in the room. Bathroom amenities include shampoo, soap, body lotion, but no conditioner.. Room clean and large. Bed comfortable.. Shower nice..

  Excellent, great value, amazing customer service. What else can I say? The hotel is right next to food, a supermarket, train station, taxi stand, and a short walk to a nearby park. The staff will go out of there way to open the door, help with bags, and answer a number of questions.

  What a super hotel this is! Cannot fault anything about it. The staff are all extremely friendly and most helpful and the rooms are great. Special thanks to Najiv at the front for being so helpful as we came to watch Real Madrid . Regards Juan y Miguel.

  The hotel was overpriced, the facilities are below 4 star hotels average.
  On the other hand, everything​ was very clean, the staff were friendly, room and bathroom were spacious.
  It is a classic hotel, but I do prefer the contemporary design

  Beautiful place. Good location with great connections, a metro stop at 50 meters. Clean rooms. Full equipped gym.

  The renovation is excellent. Our room was very comfortable and well insulated from noisy traffic outside. Breakfast was reasonable, but the choice was not as extensive or high quality as I expected from a 4-star hotel in a foodie city.

  Nice and clean hotel. Very close to public transportation and taxis. Not that far from the park. I had a great time while spending time here.
