Superb location, Easy walking to Prado and other important museums and cultural highlights. Close to the big stores and easy walking to many recommended tapas bars and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of quality products. The room was big and comfortable and despite the very cold weather was warm. The shower was good BUT NO SHELVES. I had to keep bending down to pick things off the floor. Also, no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Everywhere was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Excellent WiFi for my purposes, I could listen to the radio very well.

This was a wonderful little hotel tucked away yet in a very accessible spot. The rooms were clean and had everything you needed. The staff was helpful and always there when needed. They even made a small 2 year old feel important and welcome. I highly recommend this hotel

We spent a week at this hotel and we had an excellent experience. The staff at the front desk was very warm and friendly. The manager allowed us to check-in early and the staff frequently helped us with our restaurant & train reservations. The room was large, modern, and clean. There was a large television on the wall with quite a lot of channels. Breakfast was hot and fresh and they have a section devoted to eating healthy, which is easy to forget to do when you're staying in a hotel. The location could not have been better. Just about every major attraction is within walking distance and there are 3 different metro stops very close nearby. Cafes, shops, bars; it's all right here.

We really enjoyed staying at your hotel, if we ever come back to Madrid definitely would stay there again. Rooms large and spotlessly clean. Well done keep up the good work

A nice hotel with clean and well equipped rooms. Comfortable beds. A nice variety breakfast, continental/Spanish. Very friendly and efficient staff offering great hospitality. 50 meters away from Santo Domingo metro station.

Clean rooms. Welcoming reception. My family and I stayed here for a few nights and loved it. The location is also great. Close to food, tourist sites, and the subway.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful and our room was very clean and well appointed. The location of the hotel was good too.
My suggestions for improvement would be to have drink making facilities in the room, for towels to be softer and if the hotel had a bar.

We were a little early for check in when we arrived but the lady in reception said there was a room available. Unfortunately for us this was next to the house keeping area and lift.

The room was poorly sound insulated as we could hear people coming in at all hours through the night and woken very early by the housekeeping lift which needs some oil!

The hotel was clean and the bathroom a good size however major design flaw was the fancy shower. It had vertical jets of water but as the shower area did not had a door and the jet direction was fixed the entire bathroom was soaked (to the point were it went out into the bedroom!).

This place was terrific. The staff was excellent. The buffet was delicious. And the room I stayed in was modern a little small but perfect for me. Great location as well I will be staying there again, and they are pet friendly.
Thank you Le petit palace for making my stay memorable.
