Great location. Beds not comfortable and very thin walls. Lots of noise from street and neighboring rooms. Bathroom could use new grout.

It is in the city center. Just a few minutes away from many attractions. You don't even need to commute with bus or Subway if you like to walk because every thing here is in walking distance 0-30 minutes.
    Rooms are good and clean
Personnel are friendly but all rooms do not have refrigerators.

Best location ever, right off Gran Via, near Plaza Mayor and other squares. Restaurants and shopping all around it. Clean rooms and great service. Quiet street but very close to all the Madrid action.

Excellent location and only a 100m from the metro, great price, clean and well furnished. Shower is warm with good pressure, TV works and can take an external input (All hotels learn from this). Acts perfectly for a central location to explore Madrid. Only downside is no WiFi or tea making facilities. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel with convenient location, you can walk to Prado museum quickly - and to Sol and other landmark locations. Also shopping is nearby - all of those shoe stores are right 100 meters down the road.

Thin walls, internet was slow to the point that webpages timed out. AC periodically made rattling nosie even when switched to off and kept me awake. On the upside its cheap and centrally located.
