In love from the second they picked me up at no charge from the airport in a clean Mercedes-Benz shuttle bus. The hotel itself is clean and smells amazing, like lemon verbena. Very subtle and soothing. The rooms are well decorated, modern and quite large, especially large for by European standards. They have a room service menu at reasonable prices, but I recommend you head down to their restaurant for extended menu options. I had the beef cheeks in port sherry sauce and it was good. They have a complimentary pillow menu so you can call for a different pillow if you have allergies or neck and back problems. Overall I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel. Close to airport. Transfer to the airport is available and free of charge. But the rate 4 stars is over evaluated. Generally recommend it.

Missed a connecting flight and had to stay overnight on short notice. The staff were very accommodating with my last minute reservation. It was a bonus that the rooms were so beautiful considering the affordable price. Free shuffle service to and from the airport, but you must notify reception that you need a ride in advance

Arrived from the Airport at night, took a room to have a good night of sleep and a shower before my next flight whih was only 12 hours later. Asked to have a wake up call at 8, and to reserve a seat for me on the shuttle for the airport at 9. You can see there that I had a flight to catch! I ended up waking up at 10:30, so I missed my flight, and there's no other going to Toronto before 3 days later. So now I'm stuck in Madrid for 3 days, they haven't offered anything for all the panic and the stress they have caused me, no time to enjoy the breakfast buffet either of course so I haven't eaten since yesterday, and now I would have to pay 266€ for those 3 nights to stay in their hotel. That's a non sense, and it's entirely their fault. I should be home with my family by tonight and now I'm stuck. Worse experience ever.

People are very nice. Food has been very good every time. The instruction to and from the center city were very clear and we finally got the bus and Metro down with their help. The front desk was very responsive to request. The service staff made dinner and breakfast very enjoyable.

sehr freundliches personal, der Shuttlebus zum Airport fährt auf bestellung und ist schnell da (kein Fluglärm im Hotel) einziger nachteil, es gibt nirgens klobürsten.

Staff is polite but I was misinformed that I would receive phone call for shuttle bus to airport. Rooms are clean overall but I spotted few blood stains on my bed sheets before leaving the room. Just praying that it wasn't a bedbug

Great stay at the hotel, only a few minutes from the airport with a free shuttle every hour. Excellent spacious and clean rooms with fridge.

Clean and exceptional hotel. Bit away from the city centre but if you come at the weekend they offer a free drop off and collection for the city centre. At this price excellent hotel. Great price food and drinks. 5.90 euros for a beer and a wine. In scotland that would be about 7 quid.

Checked in late and they were accommodating and pleasant. They had a buffet that was delicious until 11 pm, and cost about €20. I needed some extra help with an issue, and they helped me resolve it.
