Lovely facility with wonderful staff. Room was far too warm and was not able to get it corrected after couple of requests to front desk. Fortunately, the windows open, which helped. Food and bar prices are steep, but both were very good.

Quite pricey hotel but you truly get what you pay for. Great room, outstanding service, breakfast is awesome. Got stuck in Madrid during french air control strike and they got me a room at 2 AM.

We ended up booking here shortly before checking in, after getting stuck at the airport the night before our flight (rental car issues). The shuttle to the airport was a little hard to find and took a little while to get there (T1), but was very nice. Check in was really quick and we we're on our way to the room. Room was very big, and we'd only reserved the standard one. Bathroom was nice. Only downside was it smelled pretty strongly like cheap cologne, but we noticed this in other places in Spain too. Restaurant was nice, but a bit pricey (25 Euro burgers, which were really overcooked). But the service was really attentive. Shuttle to the terminal in the morning got full (around 8am), glad we lined up early. Some people had to wait for the next one -- seems like taxis know this, as there were a few waiting outside the hotel.

Excellent service from entrance to exit. Room was plush with a fantastic bathroom. Adequate gym with a stellar breakfast buffet!

Have some benefits, like free shuttle to the airport and city center. Staff varies each time I have had great front desk people and I have had some that react like don`t care. Rooms are Decent size for Spanish Standards, Breakfast is good, For my taste They have best scrambled eggs I have eater :) but that might be just me. They have pool from 10-22 which is nice, but as working person I would prefer to have a swim in the morning before work. Also there is a shopping mall across the highway if you are in the mood.

Nice property near the airport. The rooms are nice, though the balcony is almost nonexistent. Free shuttle to the airport every half hour.

Excellent Hotel. very nice, good facilities for business and family travel is far to downtown but is very quite, the bedrooms and services are very good

The Hilton Hotel is really close to the airport and they have a transfer (airport-hotel and hotel-airport) that comes to catch you up, so you don´t need to take a taxi. I stayed only one day, but i can tell you that the breakfast is really nice, with good variety. The bedrooms are comfortable and i really liked the modern bathroom. There is a Shopping Center 10 minutes walking from the hotel.

Great airport hotel with extremely well appointed rooms. Got it on an Expedia "Secret Hotel" deal at a huge discount.

My son loved the indoor pool in the fitness centre.

stayed a week , stranded by flights back to states. Close to the airport and a short walk to the subway around Madrid. Hotel was perfect layout , Pool was a little small but in August it served purpose. Wonderful Lobby bar. Food in restaurant and on Executive level business center very good.
