Nice hotel, close to the airport and the Vodafone Plaza. Clean and with good space in the room

Looked like a nice place, I was only there for a few hours. Had a free airport shuttle, but it starts at 6am so if you need to get there before than you have to take a taxi

It is a little far from Madrid centre but was totaly worth it. The room was fantastic and service excelent. The breakfast not as good

Its practical for transit travellers. Near the metro station too. They offer airport shuttle for free.

This hotel should be avoided by everyone who dislikes being lied to by concierges and charged several dozen euros for things that are supposedly complimentary. My wife and I were told very clearly by the concierge that the breakfast buffet the next morning was free of charge and included with our room. We didn't ask about it; he pushed it on us and sold us only on the idea that it was already something we'd paid for. We did eat the breakfast (which was maybe a 2/5 in terms of food choices and taste) and only after we were told that it cost 30 Euro! This was by a different concierge who did not apologize in any way for this incredibly negative experience and also repeatedly made us feel as if we had made an error on our end. Terrible food, terrible and deceptive service. I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel and the NH brand in general in Spain as we have had similar deceptions occur at other locations. Air bnb is a much better and friendlier option if you are open to it.

NH brand, as always very clean and very nice level of service. Room were good, bed as well. We used the parking which was not too difficult to park in, even if as often the space is counted (despite a fiat 500X not being the biggest) nothing dramatic though

Good dinner, good service.
The hotel is being renovated, but the already finished rooms are comfortable and good quality. There are even usb chargers both next to the bed and next the the table as well.response / report this review -

Recently refurbished, so rooms look new. Compact bathrooms in the rooms but who cares when you are in the room only for sleeping. Restaurant is good but very limited menu. Overall, recommended for short stay

I was just what we needed - 10 minutes to Madrid Airport (MAD) and comfortable rooms. We noticed that at least one airline used the hotel for accomodations. Several restaurants in the area. Very reasonably priced.
