Staff are very friendly and helpful, giving good measures of alcohol. The pool is a little cold and could be heated to help. Rooms are a good size with lovely bathrooms but don't have coffee or tea bags.

Simply the best hotel I've ever had the pleasure of staying in, while visiting the whole of Spain and the islands.
Very clean and well kept.
Staff all fabulous and very helpful.
Food is of a very good standard.
The entire entertainment is of a very good standard.
Will definitely come back and recommend to everyone.

Seems nice, currently here as RCI member. Doesn't feel to welcoming as we don't have the all inclusive wrist banned on! Feel out of the loop as far as information is concerned. No idea what's going on at resort. Feels like if your not all inclusive you don't matter so much. Building work going on which would have been nice if we we're at least told about it! Room is OK.! I'll fitting cupboards, and bad smelling bathroom. Do gold RCI members count for anything?

Suites are large light and airy, very comfortable. We had Paella which was delicious. Later we had chicken and chips the food was lovely. Bar service was also excellent.

Great hotel, really helpful and lovely staff. All inclusive was brilliant, very high quality food consistently served and great selection of all inclusive drinks including cocktails. Also really fun entertainment with great entertainers, had a fantastic holiday and can't wait to get back.

The hotel was excellent, good location central to everything. The rooms were immaculate with all the amenities that you would need, the service was first class from the reception cleaner's and bar staff, you really couldn't fault it.
