My friend and I have just returned from a 10 night stay at the Rialto. This hotel was great. Firstly, the food was excellent. The room was basic but spotless. The maids were in every day and fresh towels every day. The staff were so nice and friendly. Great location. I will definitely return next year.

Enjoy my stay at the hotel, the staff are friendly and the food is good. It is buffet style but cater well for everyone. You also have the choice of British bacon and eggs for breakfast.

very enjoyable holiday, clean comfortable rooms, daily towel change and cleaning. staff were very nice. food was very good, plenty of choice and good quality only dissappointment was the entertainment, not for me but others may enjoy

We have so far had 1 day in the hotel for our stay. Hotel is very nice. Staff and very friendly. Location is great near enough to places to go out and have food but far enough away that you don't get the noise. Food could be improved with more options for gluten free. Items which are normally gluten free such as beans and mashed potatoes aren't gluten free. Also ice cream. Makes you feel a bit awkward and a chore to organise your gluten free diet.

The Hotel Servigroup Rialto is a lovely Hotel situated at the far end of the levante beach in Benidorm, not as large as other Hotels in the Servigroup chain, it offers a slightly quieter option but still has all of the great things you expect from this group of Hotels.
The staff are friendly and do all they can to meet your needs, the food is good, I am staying here on a full board basis and Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are all very good with plenty of choices, a good fresh salad bar and theme nights.
Rooms are clean and well maintained, choices include, twin, single and double rooms. The pool area and terrace are clean and tidy and perfect for soaking up the Costa Blanca sunshine.
Many people choose to come back to The Hotel Servigroup Rialto year after year and I can see why, it is a little gem in the Servigroup crown.
