We stayed at the hotel for a period of 2 nights as a group or work colleagues and a mixture of males and females. The hotel complex contains every thing that you would expect to find on your holidays. The quality of the food in the restaurant was excellent and good snacks available during the day at the swimming pool area. We were there on an all inclusive basis and never had any problems at the bar areas and never had more that 5 people before us so never had to wait any length of time. All the hotel staff were friendly during our stay and always assisted with any query that we had.

The only downside of the hotel would be that it is located on the top of a very steep hill that in my opinion would be totally unsuitable for persons with walking problems. During our stay, was a party of five ladies two in there late 80s that couldn’t really leave the hotel unless they were to use taxis up and down the hill. So anyone with walking difficulties should read the reviews and see if they consider the hotel suitable for thier needs.

Other than this one negative point, I would recommend this hotel to persons as we had a very good stay.

The children enjoyed all the water slides and pools. The water however was very cold. The food was excellent with lots of choice. We had 3 rooms and requests for more towels when only two had been left was dealt with immediately. One of the rooms had a broken hair dryer, which although reported was not dealt with. This was disappointing but did not deter from the brilliant time which we all had.

Rooms are small and no balcony was a big disappointment. the staff are very hard working and efficient food was very good . there wasn't enough for the kids to do there was a kids entertainer but she didn't do much. and the cabaret entertainment was at 1015pm every night much to late for my family .

Loved our holiday food was nice all staff were great . Would of liked evening entertainment for adults maybe a disco . Shame about not enough beds by the pool. And people leaving towels and then going off so if u didn't get there to que you couldn't really enjoy the pool. Which is why we booked. Did really enjoy the holiday and would recommend it xxx. Thank u

If you have more than one child or one child aged over 5, you really need a master suite. Normal rooms are far two small.

Food is good, drinks selection is good. Kids pool area doesn't open until 12pm and closes at 5pm. There are much better hotels around from the perspective of swimming facilities.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast restaurant excellent u can get snack in the snack restaurant from burgers to sandwich chips potatos ect. They have three restaurants in total people with kids said the kids club was very good. And to top it off if your out and near one of the other magic hotels u can use there facilities as well.

Hotel is fine. Location is up a hill (cardiac hill as describes on a sign, no wonder)

Food was okay. Full English every morning. Breakfast was definitely the best time.lots of choice, cereals, breads & pastries, full English.

The hotel itself is like a maze, there is three lifts that lead to different floors & some lifts don't go to certain floors & so on, then you have to walk to another to lift to go to a certain floor. Its very confusing. We didn't get shown around where anything was, (sounds petty, but honestly its like a maze.)

At night the bar is mainly Spanish, you get surrounded and mithered about seats, if someone goes to the toilet you're literally fighting to save their seat. The shows are shown in Spanish & because there isn't that many English of a night they don't bother repeating in English.

Best part of the hotel is probably the fact that it's so close to the beach!
