Great hotel, good location, food was nice. Will definitely consider staying there again on our next visit to Benidorm.

Nice and clean hotel with good rooms. However the breakfast area was quite small compared to the size of the hotel. But nevertheless good breakfast. Definitely will go there next time.

Me and my friend Pamela are staying at The Flash hotel just now. We arrived last Tuesday and found the hotel to be spotless The rooms very nice decorated We came half board and every morning we find that there such a varied amount of food to suit everyone Porridge lovely also cereal cold meat toast and also hot breakfast sausage bacon eggs fried boiled scrambled.beans .Dinner is wide variety also .I have read some complaints about food and find it hard to believe that some folk think it not suitable . Honestly I think they just fussy. What do these people eat at home I wonder ??If they want salmon or caviar then go to five star and prob won't get that there .The staff are great when a table empty it cleared straight away .Always smiling polite staff .I have heard some people moan about hotel and food and saying they going take photos of food and post it but maybe when they done mashing it up to look awful .I have been loads hotels in Spain all over and have loved this hotel .and my friend and I intend coming back as soon as possible .Never believe what ppl say about food being bad come see yourself .entertainment good .every night different theme good night .I give hotel big five star .everyone works very hard to please customers ..can't wait for our next visit

Amazing hotel, central to everything. Laviet beach is just down the road, plenty of night life & shop's.

the hotel is in a great location the down side is they take in the stag and hen parties and instead of offering them away from the guest who enjoy a quieter holiday the noise of these people can leave you having a rough night with slamming doors and general drunkeness.The food is a hit and a miss things like pigs feet tripe and ox-tail were on the menu more for the spainish taste perhaps keeping it spainish and not trying to dish up english type food although the majority are uk holiday makers.some of the staff on reception dont speak good english.T he shower in our room the original shower was disconnected and you had to hold the shower head while trying to get a shower not very clever.on arrival home i notice that the hotel had taken £30 pound on my visa card what for i have no idea so be careful and check as they do take your credit cards details when you check in.i thought this was very under handed.and as we are regular visitors to benidorm this has never been done befor.as a disabled traveler the hotel has 8 spaces for scooters and they have changed the connection and you have to get the adaptor from reception and they have only 4 of these when i was there there was 10 scooters not enough sockets to charge the scooters.However we plugged our scooter into the hotel rosamar their sister hotel 2 doors up from the flash other-wise i would not have been able to get out and about this in its self is a disgrace as some people have real mobility issues so be warned watch your credit carda and the lack of scooter charging.

Just got back today.
Hotel was lovely. Could do with bigger and cleaner lifts for the size of the hotel. staff are very pleasant.
Certain foods need to be listed so people are aware of food allergies.
We were a party of five what we found was there was not enough catering for coeliac's and one of the dishes contained prawns which one of our party members were allergic to.
Looking for to staying there again.

Hotel lobby is contemporary and staff are superb. Location is OK. Food is great. Elements of the rooms however let the hotel down. Beds are rock hard and the pillows flat and after just one night's sleep we woke feeling unrepresented and stiff. Website says rooms are soundproofed but I could here people dragging furniture from above our room and footsteps. There was also cigarette butts wedged into the brickwork on the balcony. Bath also had no tap so had to fill the bath by using the shower. Also the white painted walls were not cut-in at the ceiling and walls making the room feel unfinished and slightly cheap. If you want a good location - it's right opposite Neptune's and if you book a sea view you get a glimpse of the sea but you get the sun all day. Food, staff, location, lobby all great but sadly let down for me in a Four Star Hotel because of the quality of the room.

More like a 3 star hotel. No coffee or tea at evening meals and silly dress code too yet they seem to pick and choose who they let in anyway, dressed properly or not. Men have to wear trousers yet girls can enter in skimpy hot pants!!!! Men can't even wear smart long shorts!!
No tea making facilities in rooms (Most 3 stars and below have this)
Entertainment guy rubbish, miserable and sings what he wants all night although not knowing the words to most songs.
Could be so much better
