Another great stay friendly staff great location for everything would definitely go back

The rooms are spacious, we didn't have a balcony and not enough plug sockets, had to take the kettle out to plug in the air condition which was positioned near the fridge so couldn't benefit from it. Not enough plug sockets, also could do with brighter lights as it was a struggle to put our make up on, apart from that the room was okay. Ideal location easy access to all the main bars. Food was good not as good as the Servi group chain but was fine for the price. Had a great stay.

amazing and brilliant staff ,so happy and friendly the bar staff especially ,,,so thank you to franc dani ,antonio you were a brill bunch of happy people who was always there with a smile bit of banter ,,the food was great even roast beef and roast potatoes with yorkies on sunday the rooms were bit dated but very clean ,fresh bedding and towels daily ,nothing was too much trouble always happy to help if needed ,,the good thing also bout this hotel the pool side didn't open the gate till10am which we found fair to everyone so no seat could be saved for the day ,,,and not forgetting the breakfast ranged from continental to full english even had TINNED tomatoes which was a big hit with our group and hash browns ,,we also noticed that with the all inclusive there was never any que 's no matter what time you went in ,,,and breakfast was severe until 11am so that was great from having a late nite out ,we have tried too book this already on our first day back home for next year but it looks full up already ,,,oh and bonus when all inclusive you can take your room card and use in the other hotels of your out for the day and other end of levant beach ,,,will deffinatley going back ,so thank you so much at this hotel ,,not forgetting the reception staff for making every thing run smoothly ,,

The staff at the hotel were all fantastic, rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels were available which is a rare sight at other hotels.
We stayed bed and breakfast on this trip, the location of the hotel is within easy reach of lots of very reasonable places to eat, although breakfast at the hotel was great with lots of choice, both cooked and a cold meat selection.
The outdoor Pool at the hotel was a little cold, sun loungers and parasols were always available.
Our stay at the hotel was for a birthday celebration and was used as a base to sample all of the night life along the strip.
I can't really comment on the entertainment in the hotel in the evening, but during the day they were running killer darts, archery French bowls etc. and they were not pushy at all to take part.

I have stayed in magic hotels before but after this never again. One last comment after having my pocket picked and losing my wallet containing credit cards etc to be told when I phoned reception up for an outside line so I could cancel them to be told initially that it would be €20 then told they hadn't got one really does make your hotel look a JOKE. Suggest you invest in staff training , cleanliness, better quality food, better entertainment
