The hotel has recently been refurbished so the rooms are clean and in good condition. Our room on floor 15 turns out to be the smallest on the floor disappointing but adequate. The bathroom is in a glass cubicle at the back of the room and I find this rather strange definitely very little privacy! The food is very average but you can usually find something that you like/or can eat on the buffet or grill. Of this type of hotel it is probably the most disappointing food we have had , but having said that it is ok and not awful. The location of the hotel is good handy for the sea front and also for buses and shops. The size of the room, the average food and an intermittent drain smell in the room are the reasons I give it 3 out of 5.

Everything you need, like kettle,hair dryer, fridge and large tv in room. The food selection is superb. Will definitely stay again.

Great hotel in Benidorm. Near beach. Pool area massive .No fighting for beds . Food cosmopolitan. Plenty of variety but being fussy English wanted more English food. But definitely go again

Great hotel lovely and modern. Food is extensive and tasty. Great staff. The hotel is clean and comfortable as is the pool area. You'll need a head for heights though. We stayed in a room opposite the lift which gave sea and mountain views.

Variety of food & drink was amazing . Very clean hotel and well kept grounds. Close to the beach & amenities. The restaurant staff were very thorough. Loved the stay and would definitely revisit.

Had a lovely time at the Hotel Port Benidorm. Very modern clean hotel. Pleasant staff. Clean, warm, bright rooms. Close to the beach and bars. Would definitely stay there again.

This is the best hotel I ever stayed in. I booked it under the impression we were going to have a standard tourist hotel, with standard breakfast and dinner. Nothing special but good enough to stay in. The opposite appeared to be the case; the hotel is very stylish and beautiful, but the culinary aspect and the service level really stand out. The buffets are so high in quality it's almost not just to call them buffets. There are many cooks checking if everything is fine and they are doing live cooking as well. The staff is always busy serving people and asking if you need something else or something more. They are even great for people with food allergies. Instead of needing to request special meals, a selection of allergen free food is readily available! From sugar free to lactose free. It really is quite an experience for me that hotels like this exist in this price range and I am so going to recommend this to everyone.
