Good balance between price and service. Very good situation. Some lack of services such as gym or garaje. Right now the are renewing some parts of the hotel, so there are not room service or bar, but they offer free breakfast in compensation, good thing :). Nice people at the frontdesk. The amenities of some rooms could change (i.e. coffe and tea at the room).

My sisters and I stayed in the hotel in Madrid for 3 nights. Overall location is good very central in a high end street with loads of designers stores around. Metro station is very close too. Staff are helpful and friendly. Room was ok clean and spacious but it did lack hot drink facility (hot water kettle) which is available in all hotels and B&B places I have been to. And hot drinks were expensive in the hotel and not to standard either. Breakfast was ok too. I would recommend this place to a friend.

Excellent location, nice rooms in a nicely refurbished town building. Certainly deserves 4 stars rate. Fresh and delicious breakfast.

We stayed here for two nights. We booked it last minute to due a change in plans and we were very lucky to get a big enough room for a third bed for our teenage daughter. This hotel is truly a gem. It is located in a very nice neighborhood right in the shopping district in El Serrano. The best part about this place was the staff. We arrived late and had no idea where to park. Ricardo, who was at the front desk could not have been more helpful! He really went out of his way to be helpful with parking and was so nice! The staff is excellent and we would highly recommend this hotel.

Cogimos una habitación cuádruple super chula, grande y cómoda.
Cuando bajamos al bufé desayuno fue todo un espectáculo, zumos recién hechos de frutas, verduras, detox, tortilla de patatas de las de verdad!, bollería de todo tipo, café, té, sin límite, fiambres, de todo, muy bien presentado, fresco y rico.

The location is great, the have bikes you can rent for free so that's a good thing, I really disliked the beds as there's no way to sleep good on in as it moves so easily, I would preferred a single double bed instead the 2 small ones that I got. Just a remark, the shower with hidromassage wasn't working at all and the sofa in the rom was quite dirty. The rest was ok

we had a wonderful stay .the reception staff and the gentleman who looked after us in the bar were extremely helpful and friendly as were the restaurant staff.the room was lovely and comfortable and the extra touches were m7ch appreciated.we will certainly return to the hotel as and when we can .

The quality of the hotel was really perfect. We found room really clean and beautiful. The service was as well a excellence service. For me it's more a little five stars hotel.
