The quality of that hotel is according with the 3 starts it has. The best surprise for me was the quality of the restaurant service because in my opinion is better than the average compared with other hotels of that level. The worst point was the timing, because the restaurant shifts were too early for the Spanish timing. The swimming pool was also closed too early, 19:00, even having sun enough until no less than 21:00. Rooms are acceptable and big enough, no complains here.

The hotel is great, the food is good and most of the staff are lovely. The only downside was the member of staff who checked us in as he wasn't the most helpful person and seemed as though he didn't want to be disturbed. Other then that can't fault the hotel

Clean and tidy, housekeeping staff and reception are wonderful, other staff not so much. Rooms tidy, cleaned daily and comfortable, plus actual working aircon! Had a lovely time here. It's a great base to explore the town, very central.

Very modern, recent renovation of the hotel. Very helpful and happy staff. Ideal for families and brilliant location for main parts of salou and the beach. The entertainment staff Julio and Alex were excellent. Normally entertainment staff are a whole team these two lads were brilliant kids loved them and they were always so enthusiastic

Breakfast has a large variety with unlimited fruit juices and coffee. From basic toast to things you've never had for breakfast before. Room could be better but all have a balcony which is nice to relax. Rooms are air conditioned and are aesthetically pleasing. TV s are provided in the room but there is a small charge for the remote. A few pool tables and a air hockey table along with a gym to use if your not out and about or at one of the two pools. Dinner/tea is based around the same setup every night but things change. Eg: Different Jelly flavour every night. Different cake. Or different meats. There are always English options if your not willing or dislike other food. Overall decent

Lovely cheap hotel, having a great time here without issue. Food is great, beds could be a little better but you get what you pay for. Really enjoying our time here lots to do people are friendly.

My grandparents spent some days here during last week. They were really happy about their vacation there, and really impressed by the gentleness of the employees, especially by the receptionists. Although there were some problems, they tried to solve them fast and keeping a good mood. Since my grandparents don't speak English or Spanish, they had a great surprise when one of the receptionists started speaking Italian and gave them information about the city Recommended.

Brilliant hotel and location is great as close to main streets, pubs, clubs and restaraunts too. 5 minute walk to the beach aswell

Hotel rooms are small, we booked a double room with an extra bed for our 18 yr old daughter, when we were given our room it had two singles in it and a camp bed out side the door for our daughter. After some complaining we were given a room with two double beds.
Pool and bar are OK and the hotel is centrally located to the town and beach, but the food is very repetitive and not great.
The Robin Hood bar and restaurant is only a 5 min walk and has great food and drink a very good prices well worth it if you want a proper English breakfast.

The hotel is nice & central. Good access to shops. The beach is only a five minute walk away. Staff are very friendly and attentive.
