Shocking to say the least, we booked 4 nights at this hotel and only stayed 2 due to the poor standards I wouldn't even give it 2 stars. As soon as we opened our room door it smelt like someone just took a dump. The bed sheets had stains and the pillow cases also. The toilet moves and was detatched from the wall and floor base. No soap even to wash your hands. The beds and sofa are like cardboard the sheets and duvets thin as paper. Entertainments a joke a fat guy calling bingo numbers that don't make sense I.e. 64 baked beans. A singer who sounds like Katy Perry being strangled and duetting with a goat. We didn't even bother trying the food as we wouldn't risk our lives. There's also a kitchen in the room which hasn't been cleaned since world war 2. The air con didn't work and if it did we probably would of got some kind of disease from all the dust and dirt lingering inaide. #unpleasant. The TV also has not one English channel. Avoiding like the plague. Staff are nice and friendly and the beach and main strip a 10min walk away. They are the only pluses.

Cannot say one bad word. Food was good n staff were amazing. Rooms very clean. Danielle, ben and brooksy were the icing on the cake. Best entertainment ever. Thanks for everything x

staff are helpful and food is good. this is an older hotel and will not suit very fussy people you will find ìts friendly and grows on youj.

Staying here at the moment . Nice clean basic room. Very loud . Need ear plugs in or you will not sleep. The streets are very busy but not a problem walking them . Fantastic restaurants . Happy meal restaurant serves the best homemade curry ever. The owner is very friendly and works very hard . The pool is small but you can still have fun . Sun beds are touching each other but we did not find that a problem. The only problem is around the pool people playing ball games . Lots of people getting hit hard in the head. They lay on entertainment day and night.

It's a well located hotel, near the beach and surrounded with supermarkets and various stores. The swimming pool is only open until 7:30 pm, it is a little too little but okey for families with kids. Service is pretty good, and in the front desk they speak multiple languages. Spacious rooms, but they get hotter in the evening and sometimes it is difficult to sleep at night because of the surrounding noise.

Nice place to stay with friendly staff and good entertainment. Regular holiday destination every year with the family with loads to do for the kids and adults.

Very very unhappy with the hotel cleanliness vial twice a week and even then didn't do great job had to take out rubbish myself few time make beds myself
Stitch up to get taxes which I knew what I had to pay and wouldn't settle for anything more free WiFi there's hidden charges staff and cleaners rude!!! Bed was so uncomfortable literally nothing other than sheets towels and toilet roll which they haven't topped up yet no soap no washing up liquid had to buy everything going myself all inclusive is a rip off. Entertainment huh well had better at haven of pontins !!!!!!! I wouldn't even suggest 1 star but think it's important for people to know that it maybe cheap but it's by far not a 3 star and very unclean!!!!response / report this review -

The location is very good for the bars and beach in Salou, though the standard of the all inclusive food leaves a lot to be desired. I was refused two extra blankets although only two were supplied and we had 4 in our party.
