Worth the price :) close to sea, clean and good roomservice. Dont think sbour pool - its small and on the wrong side of the hotel and son ;)

We arrived to the hotel from Ireland and the hotel was fully booked for that night. Receptionist was lovely gave us full board and dropped us to a different hotel which was really nice! We came back and things changed they weren't as nice to us and the bar staff had very little English! The food was horrible in the hotel ate it twice and we both felt sick after it! Rooms are not like the photos. The junior suite rooms say they look out on the beach, there's massive trees there and you can't see the beach at all! Wouldn't go back here again! Doesn't really feel like a 4 star hotel. Came in to clean room our sheets were never changed just made the bed!! Bad customer service and none of the waiting staff had any English!!

We came to this hotel for 2 weeks 4 of us and it was worse hotel experience so far.
We booked luxury rooms which doesn't exist in this hotel but it took a while to explain situation because nobody speaks English in the hotel 😕next thing was very poor service you feel sorry for being here and worst was food our friend had food poison at second day 😢lack of fruits, no cups for coffee you have to fight for food and cups or spoons.
No water or even cups or kattle in the rooms you have to buy everything from them
We paid a lots of money for hotel and we felt sorry for the people who choose same hotel 😕response / report this review -

Nice hotel well managed beautiful rooms nice balcony clean hotel nice breakfast the management are great good location right on beach lots of choices for breakfast will make you fresh omelettes on request customer service is good however night staff man is quiet rude not very welcoming and not very helpful would definetly visit again met the director lovely man very helpful

Trato escelente . Habitaciones muy confortables. Vistas increibles . Terraza insuperable. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Buen precio. Volveria sin pensarlo.

Pool is filthy, staff have no english. Rooms are quite small but acceptable, balconies are too small. Drains smell including the sink, which is in the bed room. Cannot use the pool due to it being disgustingly dirty. No way should this hotel still be 4 star

Отличное тихое место. Удобный выход к морю. Есть маленький бассейн и лягушатник для детей с фонтанчиком. 4 звезды, потому что нет сейфа, а точнее - есть железный ящик, ключ от которого дают за 3 евро в день. Ранее выселение в 10 утра. Ранний заезд 12 дня.
