The short Nice clean place, warm friendly staff but not a 5 star hotel in my opinion.
Cleanliness - Good
Shower pressure - Good
Staff - Happy, friendly and helpful
The long
For a 5 star hotel (according to the website etc.) I expect a few luxuries. I'm a fairly seasoned traveller, staying in both dodgy places and great places.
So here are my observations (in no particular order) :
- No 24 hour room service (stops at midnight)
- Double bed was two singles pushed up against each other
- WiFi Speeds - about 3 Mbps down and up
- No facial tissues in the room
- No minibar snacks (drinks available though)
- hotel restaurant food was above average but not amazing. Eg Oranges available were whole. They cut the watermelon why not cut the oranges too?
Buffet dinner was ok but quality of meat produce was sub standard
- Need to use your hotel keypass to get down to ground floor (frustrating when you pack it away.)
- air-conditioning was hit and miss, not a constant temperature
Overall, these little things are just first world problems but when I choose a 5 star hotel, I do expect these little niceties.
I wouldn't say avoid the place but I would suggest that you are mindful of these things.response / report this review -

1st class accommodation, dining experience, leisure and spa. Staff are amazing. Wonderful hotel to relax and be spoilt. Our 6th visit here. FABULOUS !

Visited for my honeymoon. Amazing experience. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, the entire hotel was wonderful. Extremely close to the beach, with a great pool and spa as well. Highly recommend.

Great place, beautiful resort. All you can eat buffet and awesome spa with different water pools and saunas. Good option for a long weekend.

Well, there is nothing here belonging to 5 stars! Reception is pretty bad, unfriendly. Rooms are small. The swimming pool should be open till 22.00, however the service chap closed it at 21.45 and I hardly managed to swim for 15 minutes.. The internet is though quick (500-1500 kbits per second)! The Wi-Fi login is simple and password is valid for several gadgets.
