This hotel claims it is a 5-star resort. In comparison to other resorts this is a 2 to 2.5 star resort. They also say that they speak your language. We called reception for simple things and also to order room service and almost exclusively no one understands English.
The hotel is not able to accommodate international guests. It is geared toward local Egyptian guests; they bring their whole families, children, mostly toddlers. The children cry at breakfast, cry at the pool, cry at dinner, and no one takes them from the room or anything as if they are aware of other guests.
The servers at the buffets have no hospitality training. Additionally, every time I ate fresh vegetables, I ended up with stomach problems for days.
Every time we get our room cleaned the housekeeper forgets something, to empty the trash, provide a bathmat, or even replace the coffee. Housekeeping shouts to each other from each end of the hallway all day. The staff is extremely loud in the hallways and wake you if you are trying to sleep in the morning.
Room service is another huge problem; the only other option is the buffet. We tried the buffet. It is not good. Every night we ordered directly off the room service menu and they did not bring what the menu says.Out of 12 nights ordering room service, one night was done correctly.
When we are out tanning or at the pool we are endlessly approached by young men with three ring binders trying to sell us boat trips, drinks at the bar, etc. The hotel actually has a policy where you can request a do not disturb sign from the towel area and put that out so they will leave you alone, that is how bad it is.
We go to the gym and they clearly never clean it there. Yet, every time we walk into the gym anywhere from 1 to 3 staff members are sitting on the machines just watching the tv. When we come in they leave. They are not working but just watching tv. There are no gym towels, hand sanitizer, or a way to wipe down equipment yourself.
It is uncomfortable to be in a bathing suit if even shorts and a tank top even when you are at the pool where bathing suits are the norm. Everywhere you look some male worker is staring at you.
Additionally, people here lie, cheat, and steal from you. We went to book our snorkeling trips through the hotel and the prices changed from one day to the next when we were talking to them about booking the trips. They told us there would be no children on either snorkeling trip; there will children and babies that cried the whole trip. On the Tiran Island boat trip they sold it to us through going to the island and also seeing a sunken ship and snorkeling 3 times. We got back after the trip where we only snorkeled twice and saw no island or boat.
They say they have a private beach area. There is no real beach as the hotel is on the reef. I never found a free hot tub/Jacuzzi either, which they say they have. There is one water slide and you get stuck halfway down it for some reason. The wifi is absolutely terrible.Even though there are non-smoking rooms, the smoke comes in through the vent in the bathroom from the smoking rooms. None of the pools are heated like they say. You are not given a robe.
After more than 10 calls to the front desk/customer service with the last 5 calls all being in one day we were moved rooms to a sea room. The only difference from our other room was that this one viewed the Red Sea. Only one of the room keys they gave us worked. We got to the new room and saw it lacked a bathmat. We turned on the tv. The cable was broken, and we called and the fixed it.
The only good thing we found with this hotel was the Wednesday and Saturday BBQ night. The meat was actually moist and tender (which it was not at the buffet or room service). The salads and desserts were excellent as well. This one meal twice a week is not a reason to stay at this hotel.
food is not of acceptable quality. so me of the receptionists had careless attitude. i asked to change the t v remote which is expired and someone bitted it before tryin to salvage it!! not changed till i left ..not matching 5 or 4 stars
Based on price range, the service and rooms are very good
Food is great except desserts, they are below normal in terms of variety but in general accepted taste

Great choice of swimming pools I think there is nine in total . Fixed jetty over the coral giving very good easy access to the sea for snorkeling and diving . Great views and 5 star deluxe rooms. Food very good plenty of variation and service excellent.
Awesome :) we went there for honeymoon. Everything was great.
oooooooooh i love that place sooooooooooooooo much
Not the best service. Good for this price.
Very good price for money. Excellent reef, good for snorkeling and diving, the more so as there is Anar Dive Club.
Friendly and helpful staff. Food is OK, drinks a level above some other '5*' hotels in Sharm.
I can happily recommend it, especially for those who come for snorkeling / diving. Definitely coming to this place again!
I stayed at the xperience sea breeze resort in July of 2016 for 4 nights. It has 5 nice pools, and the rooms were a good size and clean. Downsides to this resort were there are no sand beaches and we weren't told about a sister hotel sand beach that we could use until we pressed them about it because "many of our guessed that went there didn't like it because there were too many Egyptians" The sister hotel's beach was pretty nice and clean, so I didn't see any reason why they would hide that beach from their guests. Another issue I had with this resort was the food was pretty bad. Sanitation was an issue, food was all over the counters and the floors, tables were never cleaned and nor were the baby high chairs. I ended up getting food poisoning for the first time in my life on the 3rd day of my stay. For the money this place cost, I would recommend spending yours at a different resort.
