I was there from 3 days :
Upset no wi fi even in the loby u have to paye 11$ in a day to get net
The food not to much good
No slepers in the bathroom even u must paye for that ( 5 stars hotel )
Far from the beach .just the landscape and the rooms are calme and bautiful
And to much security on the doors every time we buye gifts or anything they open alll the bags uffft
The bethrooms in the loby are discustingggg

Massive place, all amenities provided, decent food when you go with the all included offer - breakfast lunch and dinner all provided. Location is good and not far from most places.

There many positives and many negatives as well. The location is great, plenty of pools, spacious rooms, good facilities yet poor cleanliness, fair service and bad food 😐

Other than the fact that the cabin a bit far from the beach. Otherwise u can order a golf cart. Quiet and lovely all n all.

Beautiful place, calm and clean. Big pool area plus pool bar which is good but the pool is not deep enough, only 120cm deep.
The bar in the lobby is good but limited drinks plus hard drinks options as well.
Room service was really bad as we got there, the room was not ready yet and the room servant was still cleaning and preparing the room. And we have waited for one hour for the luggage to arrive to our room!
I wouldn not rate it as 5* hotel. Only 4*.
Food was okay, rice options are poor and not delicious at all, other food options were okay. Deserts are fine.
Hotel reservations is cheap.

The great hotel is located in the city center, close to the popular promenade and shops, bars, cafes with cheep hookahs for 1$ and free wifi. The sandy beach is a 3-minute walk away, it's considered one of the best in the Bay of Naama Bay. This hotel has huge and green territory with many pools. And the hotel focuses on a family rest with kids.
